Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Indian Shopping Street , we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours  of delivery and return should be done within 7 days. 
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery sets are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Customised , pre order  altered, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

How to Return/Exchange

1. Email us at indianshoppingstreet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Customer is liable to pay return postage and keep the proof of receipt, as we  won’t be able to hold responsibility if it’s lost in transit.

 

Refunds

 

• Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable a store credit will be issued.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement. 

Return Shipping

 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs .
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
