Return & Exchange Policy
At Indian Shopping Street , we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and return should be done within 7 days.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and jewellery sets are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Customised , pre order altered, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return/Exchange
- Email us at indianshoppingstreet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Customer is liable to pay return postage and keep the proof of receipt, as we won’t be able to hold responsibility if it’s lost in transit.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable a store credit will be issued.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs .
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
